As a forward-thinking employer, we’re committed to giving something back to the communities we work in. As well as giving to charity each year our legal spend management team also gives back through an employee volunteering scheme. All of our employees can give at least two days of paid, work time each year volunteering in the local community and our annual team building event centres around giving something back.

COG Legal has committed to developing talent in the North East of England since it started. Our target is to hire a minimum of 50% of our staff from the region, with currently over 90% of the work force being from the North East.
