As one the largest local authorities in England, our client implemented our Legal eTeam solution in 2021 with a need to significantly reduce their external legal spend and free up their internal lawyers from billing admin. Our client was frustrated with how much time its lawyers were wasting on invoice review and the poor billing practices from its law firms.

We introduced Legal eTeam for our client, providing them with a hybrid, digitally-enabled eBilling service that combines legal eBilling, a legal operations team and a proprietary legal spend and analytics dashboard.
Our client now also benefits from the cost-neutral pay model whereby all the benefits of Legal eTeam are received at no cost
